We use structured checklists adapted to your situation, but standard requirements include: final financial statements, trial balance, specifications of major items, information on associates, mixed costs and special transactions.
VAT returns are generally filed per calendar quarter. However, upon request, monthly filing can be allowed. Monthly filings can improve the cash flow for companies that are generally in a refund position.
Tax interest currently varies from 6.5-10% per year, depending on which tax the interest relates to. Through accurate preliminary assessments and timely payment, tax interest can generally be avoided.
