Sander is a partner and heads the Compensation Tax-team.

Sander is a tax lawyer with 20+ years of experience in the field of Global Mobility, expatriate taxation, 30%-rulings, (international) payroll/wage taxes, (international) social security, “Werkkostenregeling” and employee benefits. He advise his clients on their Global Mobility function; from an operational point of view, but also with an eye on the strategic positioning of global mobility within the company. This includes tax and social security planning and compliance, policy development and processes. Further, Sander has broad experience with advising on and designing equity incentive plans (all employee or executive only).

Sander is a member of the Dutch Tax Lawyers Association. He is a frequent speaker at seminars and also provides inhouse-courses and workshops for clients on a regular basis. Sander is a member of the Amsterdam Bar.
